Dearest Maureen, Christmas is also the season of Hope and may it more than ever work for so many people! So glad you got to meet with Tammy again. That is always special. Hugs, Mariette
Maureen, So true Maureen. I have to admit I felt really hopeless and was on the verge of losing hope in humanity when this horrific shooting happened. Then, the good that still exists quickly made that feeling very short lived; the outpouring of love and support(from so many people all over the world) for the victims and their families brought me back. Also, my two lovely boys give me hope for a better tomorrow. I am still so saddened by this and all I can do is pray… Much love to you and your beautiful family:-) XX
Unfortunately, evil will always rear its ugly head. Thankfully there really is more good in this world — we just don’t always hear about it. Hope you all are having a lovely week. Have a great trip! Winter Break starts for me tomorrow at noon. Woohoo! Hugs, Tammy
This is a powerful message and a message that we all need to hold in our hearts. We are bombarded with all the news of tragedies, and that makes it hard sometimes to know the good, but this world is filled with people making a difference and spreading good cheer and kindness everyday. God bless you and your family this Christmas and all through your lives. Thank you for reminding us for the good in this world. Your blogging sister, Connie
Enough said indeed, Maureen. We must all hang on to that, especially at this very sad time.
So terrible, so uncomprehensible but you’re right, we have to keep believing, and there is good in the world.
Bye,
Marian
